Who Is TabTrade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

The Broker - The Short Version

TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, a New Zealand-regulated broker.

That last detail tells you something. It means the founder has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. It is better than a random name you cannot trace.

TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same infrastructure prime brokers run on. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade did the opposite. Not the typical playbook.

What you can trade: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, shares, crypto, ETFs. 1,000+. For something that is a few months old, that coverage is solid.

What You Trade On

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. Most brokers pick one platform. Access to both matters. You are not locked into one.

MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Full charting, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MetaTrader before, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Better DOM. Faster charting. cBot support. Many people prefer it once they try it.

FIX API is offered for automated strategies but needs the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is said to be on the roadmap. That will be a good addition when it lands.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Suits people who want simple pricing.

Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the raw spread is frequently below 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. This broker does not.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not relevant to most retail traders. Skip it unless you move real size.

Execution Speed

The execution is the thing this broker separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. Those are proper execution targets. The average platform quote hundreds of milliseconds.

Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That is something about priorities.

Combine those fill times with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get holds up. Hardly anyone in this bracket run Equinix connectivity.

The FSRA Question

Now, the detail that matters. The broker is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight makes you uncomfortable, this broker is not for you. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

However. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not make it safe. But be part of how you think about it.

What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether this deal makes sense depends on you.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade has a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Usual welcome offer. You fund your account, TabTrade credit extra capital. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before funding.
